Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The PSHRA shop is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, PSHRA offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Us” form and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and a clear photo showing the issue.

There is no need to return the damaged product so please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your communication, then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our ‘Contact Us’ form.

Cancellations

If the order has been sent to production, it is being worked on for fulfillment. As a result, PSHRA cannot cancel any orders sent to production.
